    WILL MY PERSONALIZED CARTOON BE THE SAME COLOR I SEE ON MY SCREEN WHEN I RECEIVE THE ACTUAL PRODUCT? top
    We at CartoonYourself try our hardest to ensure that the product you see on your screen is exactly what you get. Unfortunately,
    colors vary based on the computer monitor a person has as well as your computer’s web browser and operating system.
    Therefore, you may see colors a shade off from what it actually is. To avoid these problems, you can calibrate your monitor using
    special color profiling devices.

    I RECEIVED MY PERSONALIZED CARTOON AND NOW SOMEBODY ELSE WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE THE EXACT ONE, HOW DO
    I DIRECT THEM TO ORDER IT?

    In order for someone else to order the exact personalized cartoon you received, you can do one of two things – 1) Share the
    personalized art with them via email and upon the creation of their new account they can place an order themselves, or 2) You
    can place the order from your order history by clicking "reorder" next to the personalized cartoon you wish to receive a duplicate
    of.

    CAN I ADD MORE THAN ONE FACE TO A CARTOON? top
    Of course! You may upload multiple faces to be included in one or more cartoons of your choice.

    CAN I CHANGE THE COLORS OF A CARTOON? top
    Upon creating personalized cartoons, our professional artists have created the cartoons based on their artistic talents. The
    colors shown were chosen to go with this particular cartoon to enhance its overall design and it cannot be altered. We apologize
    for any inconvenience this may cause.

   

    CAN I MAIL MY PICTURES? top
    CartoonYourself makes it easy for our customers to upload photos directly to our website in order to avoid the need for mailing
    photos. At this time we do not accept mailed photos.

    WHAT TYPE OF PHOTO FILES CAN I UPLOAD TO YOUR WEBSITE? top
    At this time the only photo files our website supports are .jpg and .png photo files. Unfortunately, our website does not accept .
    bmp or .tiff files. CartoonYourself is constantly improving our website and functions available to better accommodate each and
    every one of our customers. Please check back with us regularly to see if this has changed.

    DO YOU HAVE A FTP SITE FOR UPLOADING? top
    CartoonYourself currently does not offer a FTP site for uploading photos as our picture upload assistant eliminates the need for
    FTP use.

    WILL THE PICTURE UPLOAD ASSISTANT CAUSE A PROBLEM WITH MY COMPUTER? top
    The picture upload assistant will cause no interference with any new or existing programs on your computer. It is a browser plug
    in only, not a stand alone program.

    MY UPLOADED PHOTO IS NOT CLEAR, HOW CAN I CHANGE THAT? top
    If the photos you have uploaded are physical photos that you personally scanned in, they would just need to be scanned again
    at a higher resolution (dpi setting on your scanner). If the photos were downloaded from a digital camera the first thing you
    would check is if they were compressed or altered in any way from the original downloaded file. If they were, you would simply
    upload the original file instead. If they were not altered in any way and you are viewing the image just as it was taken, there is
    nothing that can be done about the clarity of the photo. The photo is reflecting that the digital camera used to take the photo was
    set at a lower resolution. The only way to resolve the problem would be to reset the camera’s resolution and retake the photo.

   

    HOW DO I CROP THE FACE OF THE PERSON I WANT TO INCLUDE IN THE CARTOON?
    After you have uploaded your photo draw a rectangular box around the face including the hair. Now you are ready to move onto
    the next step.

    WHAT IF I DON’T NEED TO CROP THE PERSON FROM THE PHOTO, SINCE THEY ARE THE ONLY PERSON IN THE PHOTO?
    If the person is farther away in the photo, you may still want to crop the picture around their face and then move on to the next
    step. If it is a close up shot and cropping is not necessary, hit the skip button and move onto the next step.

    AFTER I CROP THE FACE, HOW DO I FINE TUNE THE CROP?
    This would be considered the “cut” step. Draw a line around the face including the hair but not the neck. Try to be careful during
    this process, in order not to include part of the background. You only want to cut directly around the face and hair of the subject.

   

    CAN I HAVE A GIFT CARD INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER? top
    Currently CartoonYourself does not offer an option to include a gift card with your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this
    may cause.

    DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING SERVICES? top
    Currently CartoonYourself does not offer gift wrapping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    CAN I SEND MY PERSONALIZED CARTOON TO SOMEBODY AS A GIFT? top
    During the ordering process you will be asked for your shipping and billing address. If you wish to send someone a gift, simply
    input their information in the shipping area. Your information including payment will be placed in the billing area.

    WILL THERE BE A RECEIPT IN MY ORDER? top
    Your CartoonYourself order will be shipped with an invoice that simply shows billing and shipping names; you can rest assured
    that if you are having a gift sent to somebody it will certainly not include any pricing information.

   

    DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? top
    We currently ship internationally. You can view the list of countries we currently ship to as well as shipping price in your shopping
    cart.

    DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING PER PRODUCT OR PER ORDER? top
    When placing an order, shipping will be calculated for the entire order and charged only once for the entire order. This is true
    regardless of if all of your products ship together or separately. You will only encounter one shipping charge.
